Trim ends off of the zucchini. Cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Brush zucchini with olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture.
Grill zucchini 3-5 minutes per side until charred and tender but not breaking down.
