Brandied Triple Cheese Balls

These classic Brandied Triple Cheese Balls make the perfect party appetizer.  They are made with sharp cheddar cheese, blue cheese, cream cheese, spices, and coated in chopped pecans and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1.5 pounds blue cheese
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 one onion, grated
  • 6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Bring all of the cheeses to room temperature.
  • Put cheeses and all remaining ingredients into the bowl of a mix master and cream thoroughly. 
  • Place mixture into the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.
  • Combine pecans and parsley. 
  • Shape cheese mixture into balls and roll in pecan and parsley mixture. 
  • Chill well before serving.
