Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground pork
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 16 oz coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sriracha hot chili sauce optional
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for serving

Instructions

  • Brown ground pork with the onion in a large skillet until no longer pink. 
  • Drain grease and return to pan.  Add garlic and cook until for another minute.
  • Add sesame oil, carrots, and cabbage to pan.  Cook about 5 minutes. 
  • In a separate bowl add onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.  Pour over meat and cabbage mixture. 
  • Cook for additional 5 minutes and serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
