Sautéed Cauliflower

Sautéed in olive oil and lightly steamed in white wine, this Sautéed Cauliflower is nutty with just the right amount of sweetness. Best part - only three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs head of cauliflower cut into bit size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Season cauliflower with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cauliflower to the skillet and allow it to cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes or until it is beginning to caramelize.
  • Flip the cauliflower and allow it to cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Turn down the heat to medium-low, add the white wine, and continue to cook until the liquid has evaporated.
