Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices gouda cheese
  • 8 slices Jarlsberg cheese
  • 8 brioche buns
  • Red Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • Your favorite burger toppings

Instructions

  • Combine the ground meat and ground pork in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Add the Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. 
  • Form mixture into 8 uniform patties. 
  • Preheat your grill to 475 degrees or preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.   Whichever you decide to use, oil it well. 
  • Once heated add your patties and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.  Add cheddar cheese and gouda cheese to half of the patties and the Jarlsberg cheese to the other half.  Cover for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  • Remove patties from grill or grill pan.  Add buns, cut side down, and lightly toast for about 2 minutes. 
  • Place one of each type of patty on the bottom of a toasted bun and top with your favorite toppings.
