These classic Brandied Triple Cheese Balls make the perfect party appetizer. They are made with sharp cheddar cheese, blue cheese, cream cheese, spices, and coated in chopped pecans and parsley.
I make these as individual balls but as works wonderfully as a large Cheese Ball and serve with crackers, pretzels, vegetables, or anything else that you love with cheese!!
These Brandied Triple Cheese Balls whip up in a snap but do need to be refrigerated for a couple of hours before serving. I usually make them the day before and let them chill in the fridge over night. The blue cheese and the brandy are the most predominant flavors right after mixing it all up and needs time to mellow and blend with the other flavors.
How to Make Brandied Cheese Balls
- Before you get started, make sure to take your cheeses out to soften. This should take about 30 minutes.
- Combine the cheeses, onion, Worcestershire sauce, brandy, hot sauce, celery salt, garlic power, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Cream everything together with an electric mixer until evenly combined.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Combine the pecans and parsley in a small bowl.
- Form the cheese mixture into golf ball sized balls.
- Roll each of the balls in the pecan and parsley mixture.
- Allow to chill before serving.
