Pat the steak nice a dry and season with salt and pepper, or if you want to spice it up, Cajun seasoning.  Set up your dredging station – whisk the eggs and mild together in one bowl, and seasoned flour in another.

Dredge the steaks first in the flour, shaking of any extra, then in the egg mixture, and once again in the flour.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Carefully place the coated steak in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry each side for approximately three to four minutes, or until golden brown.

Once cooked to perfection, transfer the chicken fried steak to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
